Salon Policy 2026

At Stellar Nails, every detail is designed to create a calm, safe, and relaxing experience. To maintain this environment for all guests, we are introducing a new guest policy. Effective January 1, 2026: ✨️ Only the guest receiving services may be in the salon. ✨️ Children are welcome only if they have a scheduled appointment. Appointments that don’t follow this policy will need to be rescheduled. This change ensures a peaceful, focused atmosphere, keeps the salon safe, and allows me to give each guest my full attention so that every visit feels intentional, relaxing, and luxurious. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Late/Cancellation Policy

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, with 5 minutes prior preferred. This allows us to start on time and provide you with the full, relaxing service you deserve. If you anticipate being late, please notify me in advance. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will require rescheduling and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Cancellations made without at least 24 hour notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100%. This fee will be charged to the card on file. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as this helps ensure a peaceful, personalized, and high-quality experience for every guest.

Nail Art Pricing 🎨 🖌

The price of your nail art depends on the complexity of the design, number of colors, and nail length. ✨️ Hand-painted designs: $3–$8 per nail ✨️ Art on all nails: $30–$80 ✨️ Special characters or intricate designs: $10–$20 per nail To help me provide an accurate estimate, please share any inspiration photos before your appointment. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation so we can create the perfect set for you.

SOFT GEL MANICURE

Nail prep, cuticle care, shaping, and polish application. Soft gel is applied over your natural nails. Unlike regular polish, soft gel cures beneath a UV light and allows your polish to stay on longer, glossier, and chip free for a minimum of 2 weeks.

♡•Fiber Gel w/Keratin Mani•♡

If you're looking to grow your natural nails or want to add a layer of strength to your nails, this is the perfect product for you. Fiber Gel is a soft gel that has keratin infused into it to keep the integrity of the nail. It also has micro fibers to give your nails more strength, flexibility, and durability. A must try product that you will absolutely fall in love with! Price is based on your natural nail length (no length added). The starting price is for the shortest length and increases by $5 increments. The exact price will be advised at the time of your appointment.

☆•Luminary Structured Mani•☆

Luminary is a builder gel that provides durable yet natural looking nails. It combines the strength of acrylic with the flexibility of soft gel. Perfect for those who are a little harder on their nails and need less flexibility than our amazing fiber gel. Price is based on the length of your natural nails and starts at $60. The exact price will be advised at the time of your appointment during our consultation.

APRÉS GEL EXTENSIONS (Any Shape)

If you're looking to add length to your nails, Gel X is for you. ♡ Gel X nails are full cover tips that are applied over your natural nails. The tips are made of a soft gel material that provides the look of long, healthy nails in the way acrylics do, but with a flexible texture that gives a much more natural look and feel. Durable, lightweight & beautiful!

Gel Refresh Pedi

A focused treatment for perfectly polished nails. Nails are trimmed and shaped, cuticles are cleaned, and finished with one gel polish color for neat, long-lasting results. Additional charge for french/art. ***Must be booked with mani service.***

Luxury Dry Pedicure (Waterless)

A modern, refined pedicure performed without soaking. Includes detailed nail and cuticle care, gentle callus filing, warm hot towels, a nourishing lotion massage, and one gel polish color for soft, well-cared-for feet.

Stellar Pedicure (Water-Based)

A soothing, indulgent pedicure with a relaxing foot soak, sugar scrub, mud mask, and warm hot towels. Includes detailed nail and cuticle care, gentle callus filing, a nourishing lotion massage, and one gel polish color for beautifully revitalized feet. +$5 for gel polish removal. Additional charge for French/Art.
